Responsibilities
- Execute complex aerial routines and performances using equipment such as silks, hoops, and trapezes.
- Maintain physical fitness and flexibility through regular training and conditioning exercises.
- Collaborate with choreographers and other performers to develop innovative routines.
- Ensure safety protocols are adhered to during performances and rehearsals.
- Participate in promotional events, workshops, and community outreach programs to showcase talents.
- Adapt performances based on audience feedback and venue specifications.
- Manage equipment setup and maintenance, ensuring all gear is in optimal condition.
- Engage with audiences to enhance their experience and encourage participation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Aerialist or in a similar performance role.
- Strong background in gymnastics, dance, or acrobatics.
- Ability to perform at heights with confidence and safety.
- Excellent physical condition with a focus on strength, flexibility, and endurance.
- Knowledge of aerial safety standards and emergency procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and a charismatic stage presence.
- Certifications in aerial arts or related disciplines are a plus.
