Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in teaching adult learners, particularly in literacy and ESL programs.

- Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional strategies.
- Certification in adult education or teaching (e.g., TESOL, GED preparation) is a plus.
