Job Brief
As an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating a range of acute, episodic, and chronic illnesses. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations for adult patients.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work and imaging studies.
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and improve health outcomes.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in adult healthcare and nursing.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing with a focus on Adult Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Experience in managing adult patients in various healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
